THE SONOMA COUNTY WORKFORCE INVESTMENT BOARD IS SEEKING COMMENTS
ON ITS DRAFT FIVE (5) YEAR STRATEGIC PLAN
The Sonoma County Workforce Investment Board (WIB) invites comments on the Draft 2013-2017 Strategic Five-Year Plan for Title I of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 for Sonoma County. The Plan will be available for public comment for 30 days beginning May 3, 2013. Click on the link below to download a copy of the draft plan. Copies may also be picked up at the WIB administrative office located at the address below.
Time for comments will be scheduled during the Workforce Investment Board Executive Committee meeting on June 12, 2013, beginning at 2:00 p.m., at 2227 Capricorn Way, Santa Rosa, CA.
Comment from the public on the Plan is encouraged, especially from representatives of business, labor organizations and community based organizations. The Plan is also expected to be considered by the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday, July 30, 2013 at 8:30 a.m.
