Youth First Hiring Agreement Concept Paper- July 2011: This concept paper was written for the Sonoma County Board of Supervisors to request various actions needed to develop a Youth First Hiring Agreement with County Departments.
WIB Performance Dashboard- August 2008: Power Point presentation of Job Link figures. Contains many graphs and tables of data, including a graph comparing the Sonoma County unemployment rate with the number Job Link clients served.
Business Plan- August 2002: The Sonoma County WIB created this business plan to communicate its purpose and goals with the community, to obtain investors and funding for collaborative efforts, and as a context for decision making.
